FOR CAREGIVERS
Care is a calling.
Maison connects experienced, dedicated caregivers with families who value them — and who are looking for exactly what you bring to a home.
WHY JOIN MAISON
Why caregivers work with us.
Families who value you.
We place caregivers with families who understand that great care is skilled, meaningful work — and who treat it that way.
A true advocate.
We help navigate fair pay, clear expectations, and a written agreement — so you start every placement on solid, professional footing.
The right fit, not just a job.
We match thoughtfully, considering your strengths, experience, and the kind of home where you'll thrive.
Support that sustains.
We stay in touch after placement. If a question or challenge comes up, you have someone to call.
WHO WE PLACE
Care that comes in every capacity.
Maison places caregivers across several roles — nannies, sitters, and mother's helpers. Families come to us with a range of needs, which means there's room for a range of availability and experience, whether you're looking for one steady family or the flexibility of occasional care.
We look for caregivers who are:
Willing to meet the standards of a professional placement: a background check, verified references, and current CPR certification — the same standard every caregiver in our network holds, without exception.
✓
Experienced with children in whatever form that has taken: as a nanny, in early childhood education, as the oldest of many siblings, or simply as the person children have always gravitated toward.
✓
Looking for the right fit, not simply the fastest job to fill. Someone willing to get to know a family before committing to one, because the right match is worth the wait.
✓
Communicative, present, and reliable — the kind of person who shows up on time, follows through, and treats a family's trust as something to be earned.

Apply
A short application to start: your experience, your availability, and the kind of role you're hoping to find.
01
Interview
A real conversation, not a formality. We talk through your approach to care, what you're looking for in a family, and whether Maison feels like the right fit.
02
Vetting
We complete a background check and verify references — the standard step that gives families confidence and protects you too.
03
Matching
When a family's needs align with your availability and experience, we introduce you — with context on both sides, so the meeting starts on solid ground.
04
Placement & Support
Once you're placed, we don't disappear. We remain close as a point of contact for you and the family, long after the paperwork is signed.
