It didn't begin as a business idea. It began as a season I had to live through first.
Finding support should have felt straightforward. Instead, it became another invisible responsibility to manage — at a time when I was the one who needed support.
While recovering postpartum and navigating life with two under two, I experienced firsthand how difficult it is to find dependable, in-home help that feels both capable and trustworthy. What should have brought relief felt fragmented, uncertain, and unnecessarily stressful. Endless scrolling. Secondhand recommendations. Profiles that looked fine on paper but left me second-guessing.
And I was, by every measure, an organized person. I had spent years in management consulting, where my role was to bring order to complicated problems. If it felt this hard for me, I knew it was ’t really me. It was the process.
