You share a little about your family through our intake form. We follow up with a real conversation about the support you're looking for — your schedule, your children, and the season you're in.

We source candidates ourselves and present our top two to three, each carefully aligned with your needs, preferences, and home environment.

Placement & Support
When you have found your person, we help with the work agreement, fair pay, and clear terms — so everyone begins on the same page, checking in 30, 60, and 90 days, and remain a trusted point of contact for adjustments, questions, and whatever comes next.

It varies with the role and your family’s timeline, but most placements are completed within two to four weeks of our first conversation. We move thoughtfully — not slowly.

Every caregiver is personally interviewed by our team — and we check references, run background screenings, and assess both skill and temperament before anyone is introduced to a family.

Always. We coordinate a meet-and-greet and, when appropriate, a trial day — so you can see how the caregiver fits with your family before making a final decision.

We stay close through the first 90 days. If something isn’t working, we’ll work with you to understand why and, if needed, re-open the search.

Yes. We guide you through drafting a work agreement and setting up payroll, and can connect you with a household employment specialist if needed.
