Maison places caregivers across several roles — nannies, sitters, and mother's helpers. Families come to us with a range of needs, which means there's room for a range of experience and availability.
We look for caregivers who are:
Experienced in caring for children, whether professionally or in another dedicated capacity.
Reliable, communicative, and genuinely present with the families they support.
Comfortable with the standards of professional placement — background checks, references, CPR certification.

Interview
If it looks like a fit, we'll set up a personal interview to get to know you — your background, your approach, and what you're looking for.

We complete reference checks and background screening, the standard step that gives families confidence and protects you, too.

When a family's needs align with your experience and availability, we introduce you — with context on both sides, so the meeting starts well.
Placement & Support
Once you're placed, we stay available as a point of contact for both you and the family.

No. Applying to and joining the Maison caregiver network is always free for caregivers.

Full-time and part-time nanny positions, occasional and recurring sitter work, and mother's helper roles. Availability varies with what families are seeking at a given time.

A personal interview, reference checks, and a background screening completed before placement. CPR certification is expected; we're glad to point you toward a course if you need one.
