Finding the Right Fit

A great nanny isn't just someone who is qualified. She's someone who understands your family's rhythm, earns your children's trust, and shows up with care and consistency and care.

Ongoing Support

The placement is just the beginning. We help you navigate the practical side of bringing someone into your home — drafting a work agreement, discussing compensation, and setting clear expectations from the start. And because the first few months matter most, we check in at 30, 60, and 90 days to make sure things are going well for everyone involved.

What We Offer

Maison is a bespoke placement service, which means you're never handed a stack of resumes and left to sort through them alone. We do the work. We ask the difficult questions. We handle the process from first conversation to final placement, so that by the time a caregiver walks through your door, you already know she's the one.

Our Process

Getting to Know You It starts with an intake form, followed by a call where we get into the details — your schedule, your children, your non-negotiables, and the quieter preferences that are harder to put into words. The more we understand your family, the better the match.

Candidate Selection We source and personally interview every candidate before they ever reach you. We look at experience, references, and background, but we're equally attentive to the things that don't show up on paper: how someone communicates, how she handles the unexpected, and whether her values align with yours.

Candidate Presentation We present two to three vetted profiles, each accompanied by our own notes and perspective. No guesswork, no noise — just thoughtful options we stand behind.

The Match Once you've identified the right candidate, we coordinate a meet-and-greet for you, your children, and your prospective nanny. From there, a trial day gives everyone the chance to make sure the fit feels right before moving forward.
